The current presence of UFO's in the upper atmosphere/space and within NASA's own photos is enough to compel suspicion that they know exactly what is represented in them. The Black Knight Satellite is a real unidentified flying satellite/spacecraft, origins unknown and is certainly not Space Debris, nor is it a military spacecraft from 1998. Nothing that is currently being built by NASA even compares.
The Black Knight satellite is claimed by some conspiracy theorists to be an object approximately 13,000 years old of extraterrestrial origin orbiting Earth in near-polar orbit. Critics and mainstream academics have called it a conspiracy theory and a myth. ~ wiki.
Some theories suggest NASA Photo ID STS088-724-66, labeled as PAN-SNGLNT/SPACE DEBRIS, would be the basis of evidence for a conspiracy and is not a mythological event.

Powers of Observation/Communication
1899 is said to be the year that Nikola Tesla intercepted intelligently controlled signals during a test of a high-voltage radio device he built at his Experimental Station in Colorado Springs, USA. The signals would later be theorized by Tesla as coming from another planet in our solar system. This data then suggested that radio waves or "telegraphs" could be sent up to millions of kilometers from one place to another....

The first Polar orbiting satellite was launched in 1960. Polar orbits are often used for earth-mapping, earth observation, capturing the earth as time passes from one point and reconnaissance satellites. This would put the Black Knight in the category of a observational Satellite. In the 1960′s the Black Knight was located once again in Polar Orbit. Astronomers and Scientists calculated the object's weight to be over 10 tons which would be at that time the Heaviest Artificial Satellite to orbit our Planet. ~www

Timeline ~ 1998
In 1998 the ISS took a series of photos one after another in a period of two minutes three seconds and depict an unknown black object. Labeled as PAN-SNGLNT/SPACE DEBRIS, time stamped, dated with locations for the ISS nadir point (lowest point). The unknown black object clearly does not share among any commonly known characteristics of having typical flight patterns of a satellite's trajectory or the natural orbit of "space junk" - Not in 1998 or 2016.

The human race has placed men on the lunar mare of the Moon, landing at the Sea of Tranquility. We have also launched a map of sorts of Earth in a space probe and as of 2016 is now entering the edge of our solar system in interstellar space, it is the farthest spacecraft with a duration of 38 years, it has traveled 134 AU. Satellites were first sent to Mars in the 1960's, rovers soon followed.

Communicating with a satellite from Epsilon Bootes, within the 203 light years required to travel there is not within our grasp and would require a theoretical physicist to answer how this could be done. To speculate - Our current technology would transpire to the use of multiple communication satellites [Deep Space Network] being positioned in key areas along this distance. Transponding satellites could then be used to orbit the satellites and communicate with others from their opposing sides, exchanging data onto route of A to B. The next receiver/communicator would travel through B to C and so forth . All collected communications would eventually reach the main receiving post, Z.
~ The timeframe implies that the speed of light is a constant in the Universe.
~ One Astronomical unit is the distance from Earth to the Sun.
~ Eight mins. is the time it takes for light to travel to Earth from the Sun.
~ One Light Year equals 63241.1 Astronomical Units (au).
To say the least it would require more time than we have, to have done so in the first place.
Any structures that are discovered on the moon would be suggestive of an ancient alien presence that also has the technology of programming a satellite or communicating with it. The obvious statement is; There is only one way to reach and build structures there on the Moon - Spaceflight.

Events in Chronological Order
(1) 1927-29: mysterious long-delayed echoes are recorded in Oslo, Eindhoven and Indonesia, with patterns which might be some kind of message.
(2) 1950s: Clyde Tombaugh uses Baker-Nunn cameras to look for small satellites of the Earth, finds nothing, but one Spanish-language newspaper reports that he has done.
(3) 1959: Prof. Ron Bracewell of Stanford suggests that the 1920s events might have been the attempts of a space probe from another civilisation to attract attention.
(4) 1959-61: the return capsules of two satellites in the US Discoverer series go missing and are found in higher orbits, due to misfiring retrorockets. Nobody calls them 'Black Knight;, which was a British sounding rocket being used in Australia at the time.
(5) 1963: allegedly Gordon Cooper hears voices while in orbit on the last flight of Project Mercury. I can trace no account of this in any NASA or other history of Project Mercury.
(6) 1965: James Strong suggests the 1920s events originated from the Lagrange points in the orbit of the Moon; George Sassoon showed this to be true in 1973.
(7) 1972: I attempted a translation of the 1920s echo patterns, suggesting that the Bracewell probe had come from epsilon Bootis and arrived 13,000 years ago; published by the British Interplanetary Society in 1973. Details about the star which I deduced from the signal didn't check out and I withdrew the translation in 1976. Subsequent research with Alan Evans revealed that epsilon Bootis could be a time marker pointing to Stonehenge and Giza, 13,000 and 5000 years ago. We revealed this at the Edinburgh Science Festival in 1995 and subsequently published it in analog in 1998.
(8) December 1988: Space Shuttle mission STS-88 joins Russian and US modules to begin assembly of the International Space Station. Discarded pieces of debris are photographed and later claimed to be spacecraft, on UFO websites. Links are then made to Cooper's 'voices', the lost Discoverer payloads (now called 'Black Knight'), the moon's supposedly found by Tombaugh, and the Bracewell probe, although they all occupy or supposedly occupy quite different orbits, at different heights and inclinations.
(9) UFO sites start saying I decoded messages from Black Knight, along with other inaccurate data from 1970s press coverage or from Wikipedia. Now they're quoting me as supposedly saying Black Knight is 13,000 years old. What I don't understand is why there's so little interest in my actual work - but I press on regardless!
